The Pomme D’or Swiss Apple Stem Cell Anti-Aging Crème consists of a powerful, patented compound of botanical stem cells and ceramides (natural fats found in top layer of skin) that are also a scavenger of free radicals that can prematurely age your skin.     This cream is too expensive in my opinion. I have noticed a small difference in my skin. It is smooth and has a glow. I big plus is this cream doesn’t leave my skin oily and it doesn’t irritate it. It has a nice rosey smell. I only use it at night so I won’t run out quick.
