During your personal consultation our esthetician will review your skin concerns and goals and explain how each product works and why it will benefit your skin.

Order Status

  • Be Natural Organics has compiled a list of steps to help you resolve your missing package.
    Step 1: Track Your Package

    If you suspect your package was stolen, the first thing you should do is check your purchase confirmation email for tracking information.

    Step 2: Check That a Well-Meaning Neighbor Doesn’t Have It

    If you’ve verified that the item was delivered, check with your neighbors. It’s embarrassing to unleash your wrath on a customer support representative, only to discover the kind lady next door saw your package and took it in order to prevent it from being stolen.

    Step 3: File a Claim with the Shipping Company

    You might want to file a claim with the shipping company. UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL all provide an online claims process to report your missing item, or you can contact them over the phone.

  • Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

My Account

1) Click the “My Account” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Locate the Register box.
3) Enter your email, username, and password, then click “Register”.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
  • Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
  • Wrong Item Returns:
    On rare occasions the wrong item(s) can get shipped. Don’t worry; we’ll take care of it. However, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and all products must be returned in new and unused condition. Simply send us an email at: info@benaturalorganics.com with a brief explanation. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with instructions. After we have received your returned items, we will send you a replacement at our expense.

    General Product Returns:

    It is our goal to provide the finest skin care products at the most competitive prices available. Due to this commitment, we are unable to take returns. We offer trial size samples of every product to test before purchasing retail sizes.

    Missing Items:
    If you are missing items from your order and have not received an E-mail or note in the package explaining when the remaining items will be shipped, please contact us within 3 business days from the date you received your order. We will not be held responsible for items claimed missing after the 3 business day period. Simply send us an email to:

    Missing Orders:
    If you have not received your order or an E-mail in regards to your order within 7 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us so that we can help you track your order.

  • If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Orders” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
