Due to the nature of our organic skincare products and to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. We offer samples of every product for you to try before buying retail. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the integrity and freshness of Be Natural Organics skincare products.

Damaged Product Return Policy:
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we’re here to help! Our policy is as follows:

  1. Report Damage: Please contact info@benaturalorganics.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damage.
  2. Return Instructions: We will guide you through the return process and send you a replacement along with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.
  3. Time Frame: Replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

Return Policy for Incorrect  Orders:
We strive to ensure you receive the correct items with your order. If you receive a wrong item, please follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

  2. Verification: Please send photos to expedite the process.
  3. Return Instructions: Once verified, we will send you the correct item along with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item. .
  4. Time Frame: We aim to process returns and send replacements or refunds within 5 business days after receiving the incorrect item.

 

Exclusions: This policy applies only to orders where the wrong item was sent. Please check your order confirmation to ensure the item ordered is accurate.
