Gentle Face Lotion is rich in antioxidants including polyphenol compounds which are found naturally in fruits, wine, green tea, vegetables and chocolate. Polyphenol assists in reducing the effects of skin stressors that can dull and age your skin. The light, soothing base of certified organic Bulgarian rose distillate nourishes, calms and conditions the skin with a soft natural aroma.

Key Ingredients
Rose Flower Water –Besides the lovely and calming aroma – roses are also a source of topical antioxidants (especially vitamin C) to help lock hydration into the skin.
Witch Hazel Distillate – An excellent cleanser – Witch Hazel helps to eliminate shine – it can nourish and soothe giving a healthier – smoother – more toned look to skin.
White Tea Extract – Is the least processed of all teas therefore it retains more of the plants benefits that supply a naturally high number of antioxidants. Creating a more youthful – bright and toned looking skin.
Acai Fruit Extract – Acai berry is loaded with vitamins A – B – C – E – and minerals. Considered the powerhouse of antioxidants – Acai not only helps to restore moisture in the skin which helps to smooth the look of fine lines.
Edelweiss Extract – A powerful natural antioxidant. Edelweiss contains lignans which have skin calming benefits.

It feels so great going on. The first few times I used it, it felt a little more oily than I like but my skin adjusted. I use this for day time moisturizer along with the untinted sunscreen. I like the faint rose smell too.
My husband used this and it made him breakout on his forehead. We are not sure why. I have very sensitive skin and have yet to experience any breakouts with any of these products.

This is a great lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer that feels great on your face. It’s a wonderful morning moisturizer that soaks in quickly, and makeup can be applied smoothly over it. If you have drier skin, you’ll probably want to use a moisturizing serum over the lotion at night to really feel deeply moisturized. This product feels wonderful and is great for sensitive skin and I think is best used as a morning moisturizer.

I use it over proactiv+ steps 1 and 2, because I dislike the step 3 proactiv moisturizer, and my face is totally clear. The product is gentle on my acne prone skin. I would recommend it.

During the summer, with higher humidity, I can use it alone. During the winter, when indoor heating dries out the air, I use it and the Liposome Hydration Crème. I love how it feels as I apply it, and how its not greasy or heavy. Plus it has a lovely subtle clean scent.

I would tend to use more as Im use to a heavier feel but Im learning that it isnt necessary for a cream to be that heavy to be an effective lotion.
